Ongalpha’DM is a charity organization committed to restoring dignity and improving the well-being of vulnerable individuals in Toamasina and beyond. As part of its mission, Ongalpha’DM collects and distributes used clothing to prison inmates in Toamasina as well as to families and individuals in the community who are in need.
